The Impact Box®
is a powerful collective intelligence tool & workshop to identify ESG impacts, risks and opportunities (IRO) for companies.
The main objectives of the workshop are :
- Effectively guide towards a sustainable, high-performing and lasting model.
- Identify and analyze sustainability issues, negative and positive impacts, as well as risks and opportunities related to the value chain of a company or any organization
- Develop team spirit (COMEX, business teams, etc.) and encourage action.
- Quickly understand the key concepts of double materiality (impact, risks and opportunities).
